PUZZLE 184 Treasure Hunt 2

There are sixteen treasure chests in a cave.
Seven of the chests contain one jewel each.
Touch the switches between the chests to switch on the lights and reveal a number that tells you the number of jewels contained in the surrounding chests.
Where are the jewels hiding?
Touch a chest if you think there is a jewel inside.
To deselect a chest, just touch it again.

Hint 1

Figure out where the jewels are hidden by looking at the numbers on the lights.
The light at the top-middle says '3', and the lights at the bottom-left and bottom-right both say '2', which means that all seven jewels are located in these areas.
That means that the top two treasure chests on the left and right sides must be empty.

Continuing on from hint one...
The light at the top-right says '2'.
The two treasure chests to the right of it are empty, so that means the jewels must be in the two chests to the left.
If you go down in order from there, looking at the lights and which chests are around them, you should be able to work out where the jewels are located.

Hint 3

Continuing on from hint two...
From the hints so far, we have worked out the location of four jewels on the right-hand side.
By looking at the central light, you should also be able to work out the location of two out of the three jewels that are hiding on the left-hand side.

Super Hint

Continuing on from hint three...
If you combine the information about the two jewels from the central light with what the bottom-left light tells you, you should be able to figure out where the final jewel is located.
